Content Guidelines

BopMe is a brand operated by Beekman One LLC, 4001 N Ravenswood Ave, Chicago, IL 60613. These Guidelines are part of our Terms of Service. BopMe is for funny, good-natured songs — roasts welcome, hate is not. Keep it playful.

Not allowed

• Hate speech or targeting people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
• Harassment, threats, bullying, or defamation of a real person.
• Minors — no songs about anyone under 18, and nothing sexualizing minors.
• Sexual or explicit content.
• Real celebrities or public figures by name, and voice impersonation or cloning of real artists.
• Infringing content — copyrighted lyrics, trademarks, or brand names you don’t have the right to use.
• Illegal content or anything that violates someone’s rights.

Consent

Only make a song about someone who’d be okay with it — a friend, family member, or teammate. Don’t target strangers or use BopMe to attack people. For roasts, you confirm you have permission. You are solely responsible for what you create and how you share it (see the Terms).

How we enforce

• We filter inputs as you create — if something crosses the line, we’ll nudge you to keep it playful (we redirect, we don’t lecture).
• We can take down any live song and revoke share links.
• Abuse can mean losing your money-back guarantee and being banned.

Reporting & takedown

If a song is about you without your okay, or breaks these rules, use “Report this song” on the song’s page, or contact support@bopme.co. Copyright owners can send a formal takedown notice to our designated agent — see Takedown, DMCA & removal in the Terms. We review reports and remove content that violates these Guidelines.

We may remove content at our discretion to keep BopMe fun and safe.
