Refund Policy

BopMe is a brand operated by Beekman One LLC, 4001 N Ravenswood Ave, Chicago, IL 60613. This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service.
Our guarantee
Love your song or your money back. If you’re not happy, we’ll make it right.
How it works
- Free remix first. Most “not quite right” songs are fixed with an included free remix — change anything (details, genre, tempo). Try that first.
- Still not happy? Refund. If a remix doesn’t do it, request a refund.
The details (so there are no surprises)
- Money back to your original payment method. A refund goes back to the card or wallet you paid with. We don’t issue store credit.
- One refund per customer. The money-back guarantee can be used once.
- A reason is required (it helps us improve).
- Timeframe. Refunds typically post to your payment method in about 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
- Song access. On a refund, access to the song and its shareable link may be revoked.
- Offensive or wrong content that slips through is fixed free and does not count as your refund or your free remix.
- Abuse. We may decline refunds in cases of fraud or abuse (for example, repeat-refunder patterns flagged by our payment processor).
If a song fails
If we can’t deliver a song due to a technical failure on our end, you are automatically refunded — you don’t need to ask.
