BopMe is a brand operated by Beekman One LLC, 4001 N Ravenswood Ave, Chicago, IL 60613. This page explains BopMe’s order text messages and how you opt in and out. It’s part of our Privacy Policy.

What messages you’ll get

Transactional, one-to-one order messages only — a link to play and share your finished song, and order/refund status updates. No marketing or promotional messages. (Login codes for “My Songs” are sent separately when you request them.)

How you opt in

1. Create a custom song at bopme.co/create.
2. Continue to the checkout / payment page.
3. Enter your mobile number to receive updates about your order.
4. The disclosure below is shown at the payment step. By entering your number and completing checkout, you give express consent to receive these transactional texts.

The details

• Message frequency varies — typically one message when your song is ready, plus occasional order/refund updates.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
• No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing with the subcontractor that delivers our messages is solely to send them; opt-in data and consent are never shared or sold.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
